Visa Information

Visa guidance for international delegates attending Endo DMS in India.

If you require a visa, we advise you to obtain a visa application Letter of Support issued by the conference organizers. Please note that the Letter of Support can be provided only to delegates who have registered and paid the conference fee. If you need a Letter of Support, please contact us at endodms2027@gmail.com.

Delegates are requested to check the latest visa rules, eligibility, processing timelines, and documentation requirements on the official Government of India visa website (indianvisaonline.gov.in).

We aim to be fair and transparent about registration fees for the Endodontic Microsurgery Conference (EndodMS). Dates below follow the published registration timeline where applicable. For the latest fee table, see the Registration page.

Requests for registration cancellation must be submitted in writing by email to endodms2027@gmail.com.

Refund Policy

  • Cancellations received before 15th December 2026: Full refund.
  • Cancellations received from 16th December 2026 until 31st January 2027: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations received on or after 1st February 2027: No refund.

Please Note

  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days upon receipt of the cancellation request.
  • Transaction and bank processing charges, if any, will be deducted from the refundable amount.
  • Reimbursements will not be granted for late arrivals, unused services, unattended events, or early departure from the conference.
  • All refund decisions made by the organizing committee shall be final and binding.

These Terms and Conditions, along with privacy policy or other terms (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement by and between the organizing team of the Endodontic Microsurgery Conference (EndodMS), CDER, AIIMS New Delhi (“Website Owner” or “we” or “us” or “our”) and you (“you” or “your”) and relate to your use of our website, goods (as applicable) or services (as applicable) (collectively, “Services”).

  • You shall be entitled to claim a refund of the payment made by you in case we are not able to provide the Service. The timelines for such return and refund will be according to the specific Service you have availed or within the time period provided in our policies (as applicable). In case you do not raise a refund claim within the stipulated time, than this would make you ineligible for a refund.
  • Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.
  • These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to it, or its enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, Delhi
